The purpose of this processing is to manage the services associated with SMAP regarding parking management on public roads by paying a fee of the municipality of Palma and in relation to the payment. This data will not be transmitted to third parties and will be kept as long as you have the status of user and/or the responsibilities of this relationship are maintained.
In any case, you may revoke the consent granted or exercise the rights to access, rectification or erasure, the limitation of processing or opposition to it, as well as the right to data portability. These requests must be made through the Service of SOCIETAT MUNICIPAL D'APARCAMENTS I PROJECTES, S.A. (SMAP) at calle Sant Joan de la Salle, 6 - 07003 Palma, or by e-mail to info@smap.palma.es. We inform you that you may also file a complaint, if you so wish, with the Spanish Data Protection Agency or contact the Data Protection Officer by sending an e-mail to dpd@smap.palma.es.

MobiAPParc is a free application that allows the payment of municipal rates for the parking of vehicles in the O.R.A. of the municipality of Palma and pay rates for car parks managed by SMAP.
You must register to use the application. A single user account can include multiple vehicles. You have to choose one each time a virtual ticket is issued. A credit card must be associated with MobiAPParc app when registering. For parking in the ORA zone, the geo-location of the devices used is approximate. The actual position of the vehicle must be verified in order to obtain a valid ticket, with a correct rate and maximum time.
For it to work, the application accesses the following tools of the user's device:
For Android OS:
- Camera: access to the camera is given to allow the scanning of penalties with the camera and the ability to manage them. The user can decide not to allow access to the camera and this will mean that the penalty number will need to be manually entered in order to manage it.
Under no circumstances will the application access the user's image gallery.
- Location: The application accesses the approximate location based on the network, or it can access the precise location based on the network and the device’s GPS system. In order to guarantee that this application works properly, it has access to the device's network connections, which allows the user to be quickly geo-located without the need to connect to GPS.
Accessing the location through the network and GPS allows the user to be located when obtaining a list of streets in order of proximity and to access the “Where's my car?” feature that requires the sending of the coordinates to the Google Maps application.
Should the user choose not to accept location services from the application, this shall mean that the application cannot provide this service as it is a necessary requirement, because the user’s location must be known for it to work properly.
In addition, for the application to be able to work properly and allow the execution of its tasks when the app is currently not being used on the device, the phone is prevented from entering into standby mode, therefore providing push notifications related to the current stay, to be able to announce when the time paid for is coming to an end.
Finally, the application requires access to Play's API Install Referrer, which is the internal library of the application used by Google analytics, and access to read the configuration of Google's services, in order to access Google's services.
For iOS:

- Notifications: for the application to be able to communicate with the user, it requires access to be granted to the mobile device's notification system, with the user choosing the type and their features according to the options determined by Apple.
To ensure that the user can benefit from the application's features and receive notifications, the application is allowed to update despite being in the background.
- Siri and Search: in order to allow the application to be opened by voice, it will be necessary to allow the application to access this feature.
The user can deny access, and therefore this feature will not work.
- Mobile data: in order to allow the application to work, it needs to connect to the Internet and therefore, it must access the device‘s mobile data in order to register, access it, start a stay, get consumption information and any other operation or action to be carried out in the application.
In any case, all data that can be obtained or provided by the user will be treated with the utmost respect in terms of data protection regulations and according to the data privacy policy detailed above.
The amount of the rates to be paid is that established by the tax ordinances in force at any given time in the municipality of Palma. Any technical difficulty affecting the proper functioning of the application does not exempt the user from paying the corresponding rates by other means such as parking meters installed in public places. SMAP is not responsible for signal problems with devices. For parking in a car park managed by SMAP outside the ORA zone (underground and ground-level car parks managed by SMAP), payment will be made for the time elapsed inside the car park and according to the rates approved by the Palma City Council in a plenary session. Any technical difficulty affecting the proper functioning of the application does not exempt the user from paying the rates by other means such as the ATMs installed on the premises. SMAP is not responsible for signal problems with devices.
The user accepts the remission of invoices in electronic format according to the one established in article 9.2 of the Regulation which regulates the invoicing obligations.
